1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the uibet platform and all its services. uibet.net ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider.

Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

• The name, date of birth, and address provided at registration must be fully accurate.
• Email and mobile number verification is mandatory.
• KYC verification using a national ID or passport must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is not permitted.
• If suspicious login activity is detected, uibet reserves the right to temporarily lock the account.

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility Requirements

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Uibet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. All transactions must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's account for any transaction is strictly prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

6 Betting Rules & Result Determination

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled; however, uibet reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error.
• uibet reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect or inconsistent odds.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though sport-specific rules may apply.
• Official or approved sources are used for result determination.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the final odds that apply.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uibet platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating an account through fraudulent or unlawful means.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or assisting them in opening an account.
• Unauthorized use of uibet's brand, logo, or content.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Uibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without stating a reason. That said, accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is established.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• The member requests account closure themselves.

9 Responsible Gaming

• The cooling-off option allows you to suspend your account for 7, 14, or 30 days.

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Any losses resulting from sharing your account login credentials with another person.

Uibet's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the actual balance in the member's account.

12 Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

Uibet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members in advance via email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. In any dispute relating to these Terms, uibet's decision shall be final.
